Dimensional Transcendence
B awakens in an empty room. All is stark black and white, including B. The room is a perfect cube. B inspects the room like a trapped animal explores his cage. He walks up to a wall…inspects it. He presses a hand up against the wall and pushes. The wall doesn’t budge and he moves his hand away. There is a faint handprint in hazy blue and reds. It fades away quickly, as if one’s eyes are adjusting from the flash of a camera. He inspects the wall again. He puts a finger against the wall and traces long, elliptical scribbles which cause a multicolored trail along the wall that fades away almost as soon as it is drawn. B stops and inspects the wall even closer. Beat. B rages, slamming his forearms, shoulder and body up against the wall. He pulls back and delivers a straight punch to the wall causing a large, vibrant red crack to run across the wall. B slowly pulls his fist away from the wall. The red travels with his fist, as if his hand draws the red from the crack. As the red escapes into the room, the red crack slowly changes color to blue, green, yellow, etc., each affecting the color of the amorphous floating color filling the room. B panics and tries to pull the red tail off of his fist with his other hand causing that hand to be stuck to the color as well. He wipes it on his shirt, which sticks to his shirt as well, traveling down his pants. He bumps up against another wall, infecting that wall with the material. B touches his face, spreading the color across his face, giving him a mask that trails away and contracts other parts of his body. Soon, the whole room is filled with color. We travel away from the room, at this time being a multicolored cube. In the space, we see many other multicolored cubes. We pull away even quicker until all of these cubes combine to create a large beam of light, which blared right at us.
